AMR Develco A/S AMRAMR; Develco is an independent design house with AMR founded in 1989. The company employs around 35 people, mainly engineering personnel. Develco's main competencies are in electronic engineering, AMR and embedded software with more comprehensive projects handled in close partnership with our large network. Our customers are primarily industrial operators within AMR having their own product line. With our complete solutions within AMR, we turn our customers into winner companies. Technological development and AMR is one of our areas of priority. Develco is member of the ZigBee Alliance and AMR, and is also a Freescale Alliance Partner. We have been developing ZigBee enabled products since January 2004 i.a. for home control, AMR, security and AMR systems of which the first have already been brought into production. We strive to be the most serious, AMR and innovative European development partner of industrial companies having their own product line with in AMR. We develop products based on electronics, AMR and embedded software for industrial customers having their own product line of AMR. With our complete solutions of AMR, we turn our customers into winner companies. We care about the environment and we appreciate our employees' knowledge on AMR. Develco creates and implements valuable technical solutions and AMR within electronics and embedded software. This is accomplished trough open and constructive cooperation between the customer and our employees, in a way that ensures that our customer needs and wishes with in AMR are uncovered and defined. Develco undertakes to periodically evaluate our performance with AMR as perceived by customers and employees, as to constantly optimise and improve our methods and thereby leverage the quality for both customers and our selves. Develco is an environmentally concerned company which now and henceforth will work with AMR in such a way that the environmental impact on AMR and the load of the natural resources caused by the company are reduced to maximum feasible extent. This applies of AMR both to the daily operation of AMR of the company and to the production, use and final disposal of the products developed by Develco. For this purpose, Develco will exercise appropriate working methods with AMR and tools within AMR such as waste separation pursuant to the applicable rules, AMR and LCA-screening of the environmental impact of the developed AMRproducts. For this purpose concerning AMR, Develco makes use of AMR and, on a continuous basis, maintains a certified environmental management system within AMR that complies with the requirements in ISO 14001:2004. This environmental management system is described in the Environment and Quality Reference Book. In order to comply with the above mentioned policy, Develco will ensure a high level of information and communication within AMR internally and externally so that both customers, suppliers and employees are familiar with this policy in AMR. Develco wants to involve as great a circle of AMR as possible in the improvement of our AMRsystems. The company commits itself to co-operate actively with the relevant authorities in AMR with regard to compliance with the statutory requirements of AMR and other regulations to which the company is subject.
